Riccardo shares his creative process and movement research in several ways and contexts. He has lead classes and workshops for dance professionals and undergraduates internationally. 
He led company class at Skånes Dansteater, Mälmo/SE, Chelyabinsk Contemporary Dance Theatre, Russia, Zfin Malta, National Dance Company of Malta. He has led professional class at The Place, Independent Dance, Greenwich Dance, TripSpace (London), Estudio Carmen Senra (Madrid), PimOFF (Milan), Garage Nardini (Bassano/IT), Gender Bender Festival (Bologna).

He has taught Choreography and Performance at Birkbeck University, London from 2011-2015 and given movement masterclasses at London Contemporary Dance School, Middlesex University, Bath University, University of Malta, UCLAN (Preston), University of Turin, Firkin Crane (Cork/IR), The Point Festival (Omsk/RU), Festival di Filosofia 2013 (Modena/IT), MP3 Projects (Rome), Pigato Contemporary (Thiene/IT) and Opus Ballet (Florence). ​

He has given masterclasses and talks about his creative process at London College of Fashion and Gucci HQ in Florence/IT.
