Sergio Tagliaferri was born in 1936 and is a painter.

In his life he has never stopped exploring abstract and figurative painting, collage and mixed-media assembly.

Joined by Italian filmmaker and director Stefano Sampaolo, Riccardo Buscarini led a project of rediscovery of Sergio's works 47 years after his latest exhibition.

The project involved a film interview, online and paper publications and an exhibition at EN Laboratorio Collettivo in Piacenza/IT in May 2019.
